Extracurricular Activities
King's Kids—Grades 2-5
Students in grades two through five may audition to sing in the King's Kids school choir which performs at many events throughout the school year. Through the message of their music and testimonies, they exalt God and encourage others to accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.
Basketball
Students (as young as first grade) may tryout for the basketball team. Tryouts are held in the fall. LLCS coaches take students through the basics of learning the game of basketball and teaching sportsmanship to all who participate.
Cheerleading
Mrs. Debbie Crawford leads the Cheerleading tryouts and works with new and returning cheerleaders to serve Light and Life Christian School as they participate in basketball games and leading cheer during Flag Raising ceremonies.
Discovery Summer (Day Camp)
Each summer Light and Life offers a fun filled, academic, camp-like program. The program is designed for those entering first through fifth grades and is Christ �centered and child oriented. There are exciting trips and activities planned each week. Adventure summer welcomes any family looking for a fun-packed summer filled with exciting field trips, picnics and games.
